Can I return my item?
All purchases, in good clean resalable condition, including items bought at one of our fairs, markets or events with the exception of sale items, are eligible for a full refund (excluding postage cost) if returned within 21 days of receipt of delivery.
How do I return my purchase?
Please complete the returns form that is included in your package. Please ensure you fill in the reason for the return and the date.
Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition along with your completed returns form. Please note that any items returned without a returns form will not be refunded.

When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
The cost of returning the goods is the customers responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
Upon receiving your returned item safely we will process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost.
Can I exchange my purchase?
You are able to exchange your item for an alternative, although only after we have safely received your returned item back, and there will be a charge for the delivery of an alternative item.
My purchase is faulty, what can I do?
Every order is checked thoroughly before it is packed and shipped off to you. It should arrive to you in perfect condition, but on rare occasions items can become damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help and assist.
